中国海洋科学卓越教育伙伴计划（英文简称 COSEE China）由apple日本网站、中国海洋大学、北京大学、南京大学、同济大学、浙江大学、中国地质大学等七所高校发起，2010年8月建立。计划旨在通过科学家和教育工作者之间的密切合作，提高公众的海洋环境保护意识，培养下一代海洋学家。
实验室主要依托该计划开展海洋科学普及与公众教育，每年举办“海洋科学开放日”，并通过与大中小学、企事业单位合作，开展不同层面的活动，推广海洋科学与文化，推动海洋科学研究与教育的发展。
Established in 2010,Centers for Ocean Sciences Education Excellence of China(COSEE China) is a platform which seeks to bridge the gap between researchers, educators, and the public. By forging links between these groups, it aims to not only enhance public awareness about the ocean but to cultivate the next generation of ocean scientists and a scientifically literate citizenry.
